This Program Is for Commercial Importers

Tariff Claim Advance funds U.S. businesses that imported goods and paid $25,000+ in IEEPA tariffs in 2025. If that doesn't describe your situation, our funding partners cannot extend an advance offer.

If you think you might still qualify, here are some things that might help you decide:

  • You're listed as Importer of Record on customs documents (CBP Form 7501)
  • Your business paid duties on imported goods between April 2025 and February 2026
  • Your customs broker or freight forwarder filed entries on your behalf

Refunds Will Not Be Issued Automatically

Despite the Supreme Court's ruling on IEEPA tariffs, the U.S. government is not proactively issuing refunds. Recovery requires deliberate action by affected importers — and time is a factor.

U.S. Customs is not mailing refund checks to affected importers.

Companies must file formal protests or pursue claims to recover funds.

Protest and claim deadlines apply — typically 180 days from entry liquidation.

Supporting documentation is required for every claim filed.

Missing deadlines could permanently forfeit your IEEPA tariff refund.

Once a customs entry fully liquidates and the 180-day protest window closes, recovery options become significantly more limited.

Whether you've already filed your CAPE declaration or you're starting from scratch — our team helps you compile what you need, verifies your eligible refund, and connects you with funding partners who can advance up to 80% of that refund. You don't wait. You don't fight Washington. You get paid.

Your Refund Is Real. The Wait Isn't Worth It.

The court ruled in your favor. But collecting your money from the federal government is another story entirely.

Questions About Your Advance

How does a tariff claim advance work?+
Instead of waiting 12-24 months for the government to process your refund, our funding partners pay you an advance against your verified IEEPA tariff claim. Once we confirm your eligible refund amount — either from your existing CAPE declaration or by helping you compile the documentation — qualified clients can receive up to 80% of that refund as an advance. There's no upfront cost.
How much can I get advanced?+
Qualified clients can receive up to 80% of their verified IEEPA refund as an advance. Our funding partners use tiered offers based on claim size, documentation quality, and Importer of Record status — so larger, well-documented claims tend to qualify for the highest advance percentages. The exact offer is determined after we verify your refund amount.
What if I haven't filed my CAPE declaration yet?+
No problem — that's exactly the situation many importers are in. Our team helps you compile what's needed: pulling data from your CBP entry summaries, identifying eligible IEEPA tariff payments, and walking you through the documentation. Once your claim is documented and verified, we connect you with our funding partners for an advance offer. You can move forward whether or not you've filed independently.
What if I've already filed or worked with another firm?+
Even better — that often makes the advance process faster. If you've already filed a protest, hired counsel, or compiled your documentation, our team simply verifies the refund amount and connects you with our funding partners for an offer. You don't have to start over or switch firms.
How long does the process take?+
The total timeline depends on your documentation status. Clients with complete CAPE filings or CBP entry data ready can move quickly. Clients starting from scratch take longer because we need to compile and verify the claim first. In every case, the goal is the same: get you paid months ahead of when the government would cut a check.
What tariffs are eligible?+
Tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) — including the "reciprocal" tariffs and fentanyl-related tariffs from April 2, 2025 onward — were struck down by the Supreme Court in February 2026. These are the tariffs eligible for refund and advance. Section 301 and Section 232 tariffs (China, steel, aluminum) were imposed under different laws and are not part of this program.
Do I need to be the Importer of Record?+
Importers of Record have the strongest and most direct claims, since they're the ones who actually paid the tariffs to CBP. However, businesses that had tariff costs passed on to them through supplier contracts may also have options. Submit your info and our team will evaluate your specific situation.
Is there any cost or obligation to check my eligibility?+
None whatsoever. The initial assessment is completely free. You're never obligated to accept an advance offer. We believe that once you see the numbers, the decision will be easy — but that's entirely up to you.
